Quality, aroma & taste
It was born on December 6, 1997, in the first Cantine Spagnolli premises, from the idea of catering as a cultural expression of Sergio Valentini and his partner Annarita. Characteristic of the place is the warm atmosphere given by the original structure of the rooms, by the lights designed to diffuse light as if they were candles, by the bottles that are on display, but which above all create the idea of good wine combined with good food. Sergio Valentini, patron of this gastronomic nest, wanted a place that was a “ tasting restaurant ”, hence the careful choice of recipes made with the utmost attention: from raw materials as well as wines to be offered in combination.
